Last week was quite a busy week for me at work and so I did take a break on the new monkeys I´m making. Another co-worker ordered two of those for her daughters and so I finished Penelope to give to the new owner tomorrow and now I´m in the progress of finishing the other two. One of her daighters decided for the yellow one with the bigger apples and her other daughter wants the blue one with the pink fox on it. So now I´m watching some movies and handsew them together.

I had quite some time yesterday when I was watching the Olympics on TV. I did sew them and cut them and turn them inside out and started stuffing them...
Hhmmm, rereading my firdt sentence. I must say it sounds like a scene from "Silence of the lambs", but in this case we don´t murdere we create new monkeys.
The socks are really lovely so I will show you a few pics before I cut them up...

In this image you can see the next six monkeys I will make, as you can realize from the picture. I LOVE colors. I have still a few grey, white and black socks. but I will keep those for a special project I already have in my mind. Isn´t it cool to let your imagination loose and see what will happen?
